Keenly aware of the rapid growth and development in south central Pennsylvania, the Realtors of York and Adams counties decided someone needed to come up with a plan.

They knew space was becoming more precious with each passing day and that sprawl could squander that limited-quantity resource.

So they pulled together the right group of people to form the York-Adams Regional Smart Growth Coalition. (continued)
