Strategic planning can have a pretty big “yuck” factor, Jim Ladlee admits. But in his job as extension director in Clinton County he’s learned that it doesn’t have to be that way at all. That’s because for the past couple years he’s been involved in Choosing Our Direction, Penn State Cooperative Extension’s own version of long-term goal setting.
